Team Functions

If you're building a team, make sure the team isn't separated into silos. Silo'd teams/team members become problematic.

One test of a good team is if the activities of the various members all contribute to the overall vision. If a member of the team is contributing but it doesn't contribute to the overall vision, it's not a well functioning team.

Review the team members and ensure the activities are contributing towards the overall vision or goals. Otherwise the team is fragmented and not functioning properly.
