Motivation
People who say they need motivation are usually lacking vision for their life. People who have good, big, long term vision for their life don’t need motivation for today. They have long term motivation in the form of vision.
The Good
Point out the good, and just watch, it will grow. If you keep harping on the faults, the good may never grow as it should. But if you keep watering and cultivating the good, it’s going to flourish.
