When You Stop Growing

You really stop growing when you feel you know it all. 

So really, to keep growing, you need to be humble. Ego will stop true growth. To keep growing, you have to stay curious. You need to be humble enough to ask questions that show you don’t know it all. You need to be willing to change you mind on things. That requires humility to say I don’t know it all and I’m willing to keep learning.
