People need your ears more often than they need your advice. The life words you can speak are words of love, understanding and kindness. Words of judgment and condemnation don’t help anybody. But you can lift someone with words of love and simply listening. More than advice people need space to learn and grow. 

It’s easy to get wrapped up in our day to day tasks. It’s easy to get wrapped up in the latest online outrage. It’s easy to get wrapped up with laziness.  Get out. Literally. Go for walks. Go somewhere different to work or play. Move. Get out and it can get you out of ruts. 

It’s so important to recharge. It’s impossible to keep pouring out indefinitely. You have to recharge. Intentionally. 

The best experiences are always with other people.  Doing life with a good crew is unparalleled. 

Tenacity. Keep at it.  Don’t give up.  Don’t let difficulties be stops.  Push through them.  Let the way forward be through.  Tenacity. 

Stop dishonesty in its tracks. It snowballs fast. Be honest in your thoughts. Be honest with yourself. Then be honest with every word and action. 

Be extremely, extremely careful when deciding on losing a value. Values are rarely retrievable once lost.
