Boats have anchors.
Retail spaces have anchor tenants.
Buildings have a foundation that may be similar to an anchor.

What are your anchors though?
Most of us have a few things that anchor us.
Those who don’t, will have trouble being stable.

Find some anchors and tie yourself to them.
