Teachability

I've observed a lot of people reach a point in life where they feel to have figured it "all" out.

Once this happens, little to no learning can happen.

At no point in life can we stop learning. We cheat ourselves and those within our influence if we stop learning. If we stop learning, we stop growing, they are directly connected.

This may be some of what Steve Jobs meant when he gave the advice, "stay hungry, stay foolish".
