Using Senses But Not Learning

One can listen and observe and use all the senses at their disposal and still not learn.

Something has to happen between taking in information/observations and it becoming a learning experience.

Maybe a few things have to happen.

1. Parsing of the info (validating/invalidating the data)
2. Honesty (applying what doesn't fit in your framework and adjusting your framework with the new information)

Once those things happen you have true learning.
