What Backs Your Product

All leaders are selling something. The product is usually a vision for people to buy into.

But people won't buy into the vision if they can't buy into the leader.

So what really backs what you're selling is yourself. If people can't buy into who you are, they won't buy into your vision.

You could have a great vision, but it won't go anywhere if people don't buy into you.
