Learn or Repeat

How many times do we repeat the same mistake. It's often because not enough learning happened.

And learning only is good if it somehow informs our behaviour for the future. Learning can help us learn better behaviour in order to have a better outcome than previous.

Repeating a mistake is a sign the learning either didn't happen or what was learned was never put into action.
