Doers

You won't find doers arguing with someone about whose method is better. That's because they're too busy doing.

You will find people arguing and trying to convince people of their abilities, and those people aren't doers.

So in finding someone to emulate, try finding that person with your eyes rather than your ears. The loudest talkers are often the least capable of doing.
