Basic Leadership

One of the most basic leadership principals is you can't lead people where you haven't been. Even if they're just one footstep behind you, they're still going where you've been.

Everyone is a leader too. So somebody is following at least some of your footsteps. Hopefully they lead to better places for everyone.
