Healthy things grow. But unhealthy things can grow too. Unhealthy thing won't have longevity, but they can grow. So how do you know the difference between healthy and unhealthy? Love. 
Love never comes from unhealthy sources. Love only comes from healthy sources. 

So the best measure of health is love.
