Pain

Often the way to get of pain is to deal with it. Ignoring pain rarely helps the pain. Sometimes you have to go to the pain and in doing so cause it to hurt more. But if you don't it will hurt more down the road. So to get rid of pain you often have to touch the pain and it may hurt worse. But that's how you deal with it. Don't ignore pain. It's a sign something is wrong.
