What to Say

To help someone we often want to know what can we say to help them. But I think the better question is what can we be. Who we are is infinitely more important than what we can say. So to help someone, be something they need. Be there for them. Your presence and character is much more powerful than anything you can say. Words are powerful, but being an example is even more effective.
