Sharpening

You know a good person by what they produce. Do they build others up or tear them down? Do they sharpen people or make them more dull?

Be someone who sharpens other people. Be someone who makes others better. It's a much better endeavour to lift others up and make them better.

Sharpen people, don't dull them.
