Moving

Before moving something, understand why it is there.
Generally things are in place for a reason, be it good, bad or outdated.
If you move something though, you will be interrupting an existing setup or system. Knowing what you're interrupting needs to be understood before moving it. That way you know what the consequences of moving it is.
