Our Strengths
Can become our weaknesses.
Knowing the limits of your strengths is what can prevent them from becoming a point of weakness.
Your strengths can only take you so far.
For example, using your strength of being "unemotional" becomes a weakness when you cannot empathize with the hurt somebody is going though. Or when you cannot be moved by compassion.
For most thing we categorize as strengths, similar examples could be given.
Be careful not to rely on your strengths in every situation in life. Using only your strengths throws life-balance off.
There are times when it's may not feel natural, but you need to use emotions. Or it may not be natural but you need to be confrontational. Etc. Etc.
