Eggshells

How often do we stop and consider how we make other people feel? It's easy to be so consumed by our own feelings.

But...

Am I the type of person who makes people walk on eggshells around me?
Or do I make people feel comfortable around me?

Making people feel comfortable around us is what's best both for the individual and group.

That means comfortable to disagree, comfortable to talk, comfortable to share, comfortable to be vulnerable...

Committing to making your circle of influence comfortable for others strengthens everybody involved.
