Impressing Others

Our name and reputation are of utmost importance. Once you lose them, they're difficult and sometimes impossible to regain in their complete state.

But how much do we do things to impress others, or to stay on the good side of somebody.

I would submit that if you are doing things to impress or just stay on the good side of someone, you may not be doing something worthwhile.
