Hard work is important. If you can’t work hard you likely will struggle in many areas of life.

Sometimes you need to work smarter though. Just working harder won’t cut it.
You have to figure out a smarter way to work. It may not be less work but it will be more efficient and productive.

When you’re working too hard that may be a clue that you need to work smarter.
