Speed
If you go fast you can do more, but you won't likely have the quality.
If you go slow, you will do less but it will have more value.
Our society exalts fast, but it's slow that really gets peoples attention and makes things better.
Doors
In life there will be many doors or opportunities present themselves. We have to learn wisdom to know which ones to go through. Not every opportunity is something we should take advantage of. Some opportunities are distractions. It's okay to say no.
