Saying No
It's hard for some people to say no. But every no means a yes to something else. So saying no means we can be better in the areas that are important to us. Learn to say no and how do it with grace.
The Good
Point out the good, and just watch, it will grow. If you keep harping on the faults, the good may never grow as it should. But if you keep watering and cultivating the good, it’s going to flourish.
