Ask
Sometimes it’s as simple as just asking. How many things have we left on the table simply because we don’t ask?
You’ll never know unless you ask. Use your voice, ask, negotiate. You may end up getting what you want or need.
The Good
Point out the good, and just watch, it will grow. If you keep harping on the faults, the good may never grow as it should. But if you keep watering and cultivating the good, it’s going to flourish.
