New Work

Work is changing. What you know is becoming less important. Knowledge has become equally accessible for most of the world, so just knowing something isn't enough. You have to add value beyond knowledge.

Some value add skillsets are communication, creativity, independent thinking yet collaborative working, EQ over IQ, openness, agility, flexibility and efficiency, character, attitude.

These are some of the things that are becoming equally or more important than base knowledge. Get school and training, but work just as hard at soft skills like the ones mentioned above.
