You can ask questions to destruct or to construct.

Make sure your questions are constructive. Tough, uncomfortable questions can be constructive. A tough question does not mean it's destructive.

  1. You're on to something. Motives behind our questions are what's important. And good listerners are able to decipher that :)

    I think our questionings must be met with our willingness to listen to the questions of others. Because in contrast, if all we have are questions and no one truly listens and provides sound answers, there's no growth.What's the point of understanding? I think that a person with questions is won not only by sound answers but by the readiness, and willingness of a hearer.
