You can know for sure, your foundation will be tested. You just don't know when.

Establish your foundation and know what it's contents are. You want to build prior to it being tested.

A solid foundation is unlikely to crack or crumble when tested, but a semi formed foundation will crumble at the slightest test.

Build in advance. Build well. Build carefully.
