Proximity Is a Factor

The further you are away from something, the less it matters.

Conversely, the closer you are, the more it matters.

The scariest is when you're close but don't care. Apathy may be one of the worst states to be in.

Something to bear in mind always is, this matters to you due to proximity. If you were more removed it wouldn't matter as much.

So the question is, in a balanced view, how much does it matter in the grand scheme of life?
