The Challenge Of The Middle
The challenge of being in the middle of something is accurately representing both sides.
This applies to middle managers in organizations, as well as being in the middle of any negotiation or conflict.
Portraying the workers to top level management while portraying top level management to the workers. Or portraying the two sides to each other in a conflict.
